Helping to Provide Food to Families in Schenectady County
Concerned for the Hungry, Inc. is an entirely volunteer organization working to fight hunger in Schenectady County. CFH was started by a small group of individuals in 1979. It began with the realization that the need for emergency food was growing. After 46 years, CFH remains a leading force in providing essential food services and support throughout Schenectady County.
In 2025 our long time leader, Peter Jones will be stepping aside. We need people to join the Thanksgiving committee.
To do this we are offering folks the opportunity to shadow the key committee members this year to learn their many jobs.
