About Our Organization
Concerned for the Hungry, Inc. is an entirely volunteer organization working to fight hunger in Schenectady County. CFH was started by a small group of individuals in 1979. It began with the realization that the need for emergency food was growing. After 32 years, CFH remains a leading force in providing essential food services throughout the county.
What We Do

- Provide Monetary Support to Schenectady County Food Pantries
- Sponsor the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York
